Many national and international conferences, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions, meetings, concerts, workshops, congresses, theater performances and other activities are organized. Support is provided for the hall allocation, posters, invitations many other issues related to the events organized by the student clubs affiliated to the Section of Culture. The goal of these activities is to support students in developing themselves in cultural and social areas as well as to increase their motivation. The university also hosts various activities and brings together the students and the citizens of Kayseri by means of many social-cultural activities such as kermesse (kermes), free seminars, theater plays etc.
The Student Spring Festival, which is held at the Amphitheater of our university in May every year, is celebrated with great enthusiasm and excitement. In the festival, concerts and many social and cultural activities are organized. It is an enjoyable atmosphere for the students and the citizens of Kayseri.
Student Activities Commission
The Commission is affiliated to the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports. There are a total of 150 clubs and societies established under 10 platforms established by the students of our university to conduct activities under the Student Activities Commission. The Commission aims:
- to enable the students to spend time performing their activities out of class hours,
- to provide the required space, materials, tools and equipment,
- to enable the students to participate in scientific, social and technical trips,
- to provide the required financial support for the students to participate in inter-university activities,
- to provide the necessary support needed during the invitation of famous scientists, writers, artists and specialists in education to conferences and seminars,
- to support our students in their participation in scientific, social and technical trips and cultural, artistic and sports activities.

Sabancı Cultural Complex, which was built with the support of Sakıp SABANCI, a benevolent businessman from Kayseri, and donated to our University, has been in service since 1986. Social and cultural events are organized at the conference and exhibition hall of the center. Below you will find some information about the halls where social, cultural and scientific activities take place under the coordination of the Section of Culture.
Conference
Hall:
Conferences, panels, symposiums, theaters, and concerts are organized at the conference hall of this center. The conference hall has professional sound and lighting systems, double projectors and screen, 2 stage curtains, DVD player and a VHS player. The conference hall can seat a maximum of 424 people.
Exhibition Hall: The works of the academic staff / students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Department of Fine Arts as well as the works of artists from outside our university are exhibited in this hall. The exhibition hall, which hosts various works of art throughout the year, has an area of 450 square meters and also has the capacity to exhibit 70 panels.
