EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AFTER GRADUATION
In Turkey, where tourism is a fast-growing sector, there are
great opportunities for tourism graduates in the following
professions:
• Accommodation establishments,
• Travel agencies,
• Food and beverage enterprises,

• Ministry of Culture and Tourism,
FACULTIES • Self-employment opportunities (Graduates can establish
• Animation and Recreation establishments,

their own businesses as managers of enterprises such as
bars and hostels, which do not necessitate a huge capital),

• Academic institutions on tourism studies.
As for the graduates of the Department of Tourism Guidance,
the following establishments offer job opportunities:
• Domestic or foreign travel agencies and tour operators,
• Museums and archaeological sites,
• Tourist Information Desks within the Ministry of Culture
and Tourism,
• Self-employment opportunities (the opportunity to be an
independent tour guide, being an entrepreneur in a differ-
ent sector, or setting up a gift shop, etc.)
