are employed in the execution of various language courses
opened in ERSEM, faculties, and colleges which do not require
one-year preparatory education.

PERIOD OF STUDY
The English Preparatory Program lasts one academic year. It
consists of two terms each of which lasts approximately 14
weeks.
The School of Foreign Languages has 84 instructors who are
responsible for English, German or Russian.
Students from departments of Economics and Administrative
COLLEGE Sciences, Health Sciences, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Engi-
neering, Architecture, Medicine, Russian Language and Litera-
ture, English Language and Literature, and English Language
Teaching receive one-year preparatory foreign language edu-
cation.
FACILITIES

The School of Foreign Languages is easy to reach as it is in a
central area on ERU 15 Temmuz campus. The school has its
own buildings with approximately 52 classrooms that can ac-
commodate 1200 students, a conference hall for various cul-
tural activities that can host 125 people, 2 computer laborato-
ries, masjids for men and women, an infirmary, and 44 offices
for faculty staff and administration. The school serves lessons
involving distinctive teaching methods and its in-class activi-
ties which aim to improve basic language skills by means of
up-to-date teaching materials.
