The vision of Halil Bayraktar Vocational School of Health Ser-
vices is to educate qualified personnel who are contemporary,
active, determined, productive, open to innovations, entre-
preneur, adapt to changes and technological developments,
VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS school that are in line with the world standards and with the
work in a team, solve problems and communicate effectively.
