Audiometry Program
In this program, Health Technicians are educated to detect
hearing disorders. Health Technician working in this field is

taking ear molds in patients, trying hearing aids, adapting
them, performing free field screening, taking part in the
maintenance and repair of equipment and equipment used in
hearing and speaking tests, making hearing screenings in the
newborn unit, applying all hearing tests in accordance with
hearing measurement techniques, performing audiovestibu-
lar tests to patients who come with complaints of dizziness.
The Audiometry Program education is two years at the associ-
ate degree level. During this period, students receive a edu-
cating consisting of theoretical lessons and practical applica-
tions for two years in order to properly apply the audiometric
tests used for hearing measurement and to correctly diagnose
patients. Those who complete the program are awarded the
Associate Degree diploma and the title of Health Technician.
Graduates under the supervision of an Audiology or Otorhi-
nolaryngologist can work in the Audiology Clinics, Hearing
Impaired Schools, Neonatal Clinics, Public or Private Hospitals
and Hearing Aid Companies.
If those who have completed the Audiometry program are
successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by
OSYM; they can switch to Physics, Hearing Impaired Teacher
Education and Health Education Undergraduate Programs.
Electroneurophysiology Program
The main purpose of this program is to educate technical staff
educated at the vocational school level in the use of neuro-
physiological methods, which are used to detect the disor-
ders of diseases with central nervous system disorders. Health
technician working under the supervision of a specialist in this
field performs Electroencephalography (EEG), electromyogra-
