As part of the 182nd anniversary of the Scientific Veterinary Medicine Education in Türkiye, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine held a white coat ceremony for the students who have started veterinary medicine education.

ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Deputy Governor of Kayseri Şemseddin Erkaya, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Prof. Dr. Murat Kambur, academics, students and families attended the ceremony held at the conference hall of the faculty.

After a moment of silence and the singing of the Turkish National Anthem, Rector Altun made a speech. He said: “We continue to work as a university striving to be at the top and to contribute to the country and all humanity.”

He also gave advice to the students and continued as follows: “Keep in mind that time passes quickly; therefore, you need to use time efficiently to improve yourselves.”

Dean Prof. Dr. Murat Kambur gave information about educational activities of the faculty and wished the students success.
