Our University is among 100 universities in the world in the “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” category

Times Higher Education (THE), one of the most prestigious university ranking organizations in the world, announced THE Impact Rankings 2024.

Erciyes University had a significant success in THE Impact Ranking 2024, prepared by considering the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the institutional data. While our university was ranked in the range of 301-400 in this international ranking in which 1963 universities from 121 countries across the world participated, it shared the 9 th place in the national ranking together with Ege University and Kadir Has University. It ranked 7 th among state universities.

Erciyes University provided data for 17 Sustainable Development Goals in a way to cover all titles in THE Impact Rankings 2024. According to the results, it was ranked 98 th in the world in the “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” category, in the 101-200 range in the world in the “Climate Action” category, and in the range of 101-200 in the “Life on Land” category. Accordingly, it achieved to be among the best 200 universities in the world in these three categories. In addition, it rose in four categories, namely “Good Health and Well-being”, “Decent Work and Economic Growth”, “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” and “Partnerships for the Goals” when compared to THE 2023 Impact Ranking results.
