As part of the “Communication Summit 2025,” organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, ERU Radio, Television and Cinema Club, and the University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (UNIDES), Faces of Anatolia Personal Photography Exhibition and the panel on Directing: From Lecture Halls to Film Sets were held.

ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Mustafa Akdağ, academics, and students attended the event held at the conference hall of the Faculty of Communication.

The event began with the opening of the Faces of Anatolia Personal Photography Exhibition, curated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Köprü and Dr. Ceyhun Bağcı, faculty members at the Faculty of Communication.

Speaking at the opening of the panel, Rector Altun said that they attach importance to the events organized by the students. He thanked those who contributed to the organization of the event. He said: “I especially come together with our student clubs. We have conversations in various settings. ERU Radio, Television and Cinema Club contributed significantly to this event. It's also a great pleasure that the Ministry of Youth and Sports supports us in these programs. University life is not just a period for education. It's crucial for individuals to be sensitive to their surroundings and open to social processes.”

Moderated by Assoc. Prof. Onur Önürmen, the panel started. During the panel, Director Ömer Baykul gave information to the students about career plans in their professional lives.
