Prof. Dr. Sevinç Üçgül, a faculty member of the Department of Russian Language and Literature at ERU Faculty of Letters, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Committee of Slavic Emigration Studies, which operates under the International Committee of Slavists, for the 2025–2029 term.

As a result of the elections held between 20–25 November 2025, Professor Üçgül was appointed to this position. We congratulate her and wish her success in her new role. We believe that, as part of this important duty, she will successfully represent Türkiye and our university on the international platform.
