A retirement ceremony was held at the Faculty of Medicine for Prof. Dr. Rahmi Kemal Koç, a faculty member at the Department of Neurosurgery.

ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. İsmail Dursun, Chief Physician of Hospitals Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil Kafadar, academic and administrative staff attended the ceremony.

Wishing Prof. Dr. Rahmi Kemal Koç happiness during his retirement, Rector Altun said: “We will always continue to be together with Prof. Dr. Rahmi Kemal Koç and to benefit from his professional experience. He will contribute to us in these processes. I think it is important to remember and respect doyens who contribute to us. I wish Prof. Dr. Rahmi Kemal Koç a long and healthy life with his family during his retirement.”

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. İsmail Dursun said: “Prof. Dr. Rahmi Kemal Koç is not only a well-known physician in Kayseri. He also treats patients coming from different regions of Türkiye. We will be honored to host him in academic boards at certain intervals. I wish him a peaceful retirement life with his family. We would like to thank him on behalf of our institution.”
