Coordinated by Sema Sarıdanışmet, a PhD student at the Department of Food Engineering/ERU Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çam, the project called, “Obtaining Bioactive Compounds from Sugar Beet Waste and By-Products via Pressurized Solvent Extraction”, has been entitled to be supported as part of the TUBITAK 1002 B – Emergency Support Module.
