ERU Faculty of Communication achieved a significant success at Sivas International Film Festival, organized between May 27 and 31, 2024. The festival was enlivened with a total of 2.328 films from many different countries of the world such as Türkiye, Iran, India, Spain, China, Brazil, and Italy.

During the award ceremony, awards were presented to the directors of the winning works in the fiction and documentary film categories.

The documentary film entitled, “Yankılar”, directed by Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Köprü, a faculty member of the Faculty of Communication, was deemed worthy of the special jury award.
