An interview on Sustainable Food was held at our university by the ERU Environmental Problems and Clean Production Research and Application Center (ERCEVREM) as part of the November 16-14 European Week for Waste Reduction.
Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Asst. Prof. Mehmet Halit Akın, Lecturer Berna Akın from ERCEVREM, Res. Asst. Dr. Merve Çapaş from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Asst. Prof. Mustafa Ülker from the Faculty of Tourism, academics and students attended the event held at the conference hall of the faculty.
Making a speech at the opening of the interview, Lecturer Berna Akın underlined that everyone should do their best to protect the world. She said: “We all have different living spaces. Of course, we live in different homes, but we have one common home and that is our world.”
During the interview, Res. Asst. Dr. Merve Çapaş and Asst. Prof. Mustafa Ülker gave information about the sustainable food.
