Coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Emrah Tıraş, a faculty member at the Department of Nuclear Physics/ERU Faculty of Science, the project called “Development of Silicon-Based, Gadolinium and Yttrium Oxide-Doped, Boron-Capped RADFET Detectors”, in which Asst. Prof. Kevser Şahin Tıraş from ERU, Res. Asst. Dr. Mustafa Kandemir from Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Assoc. Prof. Kamuran Dilsiz from Bingöl University are researchers, has been entitled to be supported as part of the TUBITAK 1001 fund.
