ERU Cybersecurity Club and Provincial Directorate of Security organized a conference on “Cyber Awareness and Cybersecurity”.

Police Commissioner of the Anti-Cyber Crimes Unit Hakan Taş, academics and students attended the event held at the Conference Halls of the Faculty of Letters and Faculty of Communication.

Giving information about illegal betting, Police Commissioner Hakan Taş emphasized the importance of informing students about cyber security. He said, “Betting is not a good thing. Gambling is a kind of addiction. It is not different from alcohol and drugs. It gives pleasure at first but then turns into betting.”
