Turkish Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Association (TUSYAD) and ERU organized a Symposium on Hip-Joint in Kayseri.
ERU Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. M. Hakan Poyrazoğlu, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Zeynep Baykan, Chief Physician of Medical Faculty Hospitals Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil Kafadar, President of TUSYAD Prof. Dr. Yavuz Kocabey and academics attended the event held at Sabancı Cultural Complex.
Making a speech at the opening of the symposium, Professor Poyrazoğlu gave information to the participants about our university and pointed out that ERU is a higher education institution with a robust infrastructure in R&D studies.
Prof. Dr. Zeynep Baykan thanked those who contributed to the organization of the event.
Chief Physician Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil Kafadar said that they were happy to host the event.
President of TUSYAD Prof. Dr. Yavuz Kocabey gave information about the activities of the association and thanked our university for hosting the symposium.
Assoc. Prof. Erdal Uzun gave information about the event.
The symposium continued with presentations on the past and present of hip arthroscopy in the world and in our country, anatomy of the hip and radiological evaluations on hip pathologies.
