Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) and our university signed a protocol. As part of the protocol, the equipment of Kayseri OIZ TV was donated to our university.

ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, OIZ Executive Board Chairman Mehmet Yalçın, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Cevdet Kırpık, Secretary General Prof. Dr. İbrahim Narin, Supervisory Board Member of OIZ Mustafa Gengeç, OIZ Regional Director Abdulmenap Esko and OIZ Consultant Kamil Akçadırcı attended the protocol signing ceremony held at OIZ Meeting Hall.

Rector Altun thanked OIZ Executive Board Chairman Mehmet Yalçın and Executive Board Members for their support. Pointing out that the protocol was a good example of cooperation between two institutions, Professor Altun said: “We will make use of the equipment donated to our university effectively in training activities.”

He also stated that ERU always supported Kayseri OIZ and continued as follows: “We always act together with Kayseri OIZ in R&D studies and collaborations. We are happy that ERU, which has gained many significant accomplishments thanks to its academic staff for the development of the city, is supported. I would like to thank OIZ Chairman Mehmet Yalçın and Executive Board Members for their support.”

OIZ Executive Board Chairman Mehmet Yalçın said: “Thanks to this protocol, we donated the equipment of Kayseri OIZ TV to Erciyes University. As Kayseri OIZ, we wanted to contribute to Erciyes University. We want our students to have a good education and to be useful to their country.”
