56th term graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Theology was held. 300 students graduated from the faculty.
ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. M. Hakan Poyrazoğlu, Dean of the Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kamil Cihan, Provincial Deputy Mufti Cabir Çelik, Retired Vice President of Religious Affairs Necmettin Nursaçan, academics, students, and families attended the graduation ceremony held at Erciyes Cultural Center.
Rector Altun gave advice to the students in his speech and said: “Do not forget that you will represent the ERU Faculty of Theology. Time passes quickly. Please follow the developments in your field and get ready for your profession. You need to spend time on research and reading. The country needs ideas you will produce and students you will raise. Good luck!”
Dean Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kamil Cihan gave information about the faculty and congratulated the students.
The ceremony ended after Yahya Çağlıişlek, the top student of the term, placed a plaque on the graduation log, and the graduates were presented with their diplomas.
