Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı, a historian-author, came together with our students at the conference hosted by our university as part of the 7th Book Fair, organized by the Governor’s Office of Kayseri and Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality.

Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, ERU Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Cevdet Kırpık and many students attended the conference held at Erciyes Cultural Center.

During his speech, Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı asked the students to protect their history.
