The ERU Quality and Strategy Development Coordination Office organized a workshop on Strategic Plan and Process Analysis to improve the quality and strategy.

ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Cevdet Kırpık, Secretary General Prof. Dr. İbrahim Narin, Assistant Secretary General Prof. Dr. Afşın Alper Cerit, Quality and Strategy Development Coordinator Prof. Dr. Mustafa Koçer and academics attended the workshop held at the conference hall of the Tourism Faculty.

Making a speech during the event, Rector Altun thanked the Quality and Strategy Development Coordination Office for their devoted works. He said: “We continue to work to improve our university’s parameters in many topics. We do our best to progress in the fields of education, R&D, social contribution and socialization and represent our university in these fields in the best possible way. In this context, quality processes are crucial.”

Quality and Strategy Development Coordinator Prof. Dr. Mustafa Koçer made a presentation on “Improving and Integrating Processes at Erciyes University”.

Pointing out that their aim is to facilitate accreditation evaluations, Professor Koçer said, “Our main goal is to harmonize the processes of Institutional Internal Evaluation Report, Strategic Plan Performance Indicators, Strategic Action Plans and activities with one another and to handle them in an integrated manner. We aim to enable the units to contribute more to the processes through their clarification.”
