As part of the Rector-Student Meeting, ERU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun came together with the students studying at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Sports Sciences and Faculty of Education.
Our Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Cevdet Kırpık and Dean of Student Affairs Assoc. Prof. Emre Toprak accompanied our Rector during the meetings.
Rector Altun first visited the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. He stated in his speech that the ERU Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is a distinguished and prestigious faculty in the field and wished the students success.
Underlining that they, as a university administration, attach importance to student-oriented activities, our Rector continued as follows: “Educational processes are not only the ones that continue during the university life. You have to adopt life-long learning. You should not stay away from professional developments.”
Secondly, he visited the Faculty of Sports Sciences. He chatted with the students. He said that ERU is an institution that makes a name for itself through its scientific activities, has a brand value and is at the top.
Lastly, he visited the Faculty of Education. He stated in his speech that he was happy to come together with the students and underscored that they listen to the students’ demands and problems and immediately offer solutions.
